I’m George, a dedicated ASP.NET Core developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. With a degree in Computer Science and a strong focus on back-end development, I specialise in building secure, performant systems using clean and maintainable code.
My career has taken me across Europe and the United States, collaborating with organisations in the Education, Healthcare, and Insurance industries. Each project has sharpened my ability to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
I thrive in fast-paced environments and am constantly exploring new technologies to stay ahead of the curve. My core stack includes C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Blazor, Razor Pages, MVC, REST APIs, SQL Server, and cloud deployment strategies.
One of my proudest achievements is Lumia—an award-winning application revolutionising the Leasing and Asset Finance industry. Recognised as the ‘Overall Winner - Innovation in the Industry’ at the Asset Finance Connect Summer Awards 2022, Lumia was praised as a first-of-its-kind solution designed to enhance lending decisions and combat fraud at scale.
Trusted by major institutions such as HSBC, Metro Bank, and others, Lumia is a testament to how purposeful software can drive measurable change across an entire industry.
Outside of coding, you’ll find me sketching UI ideas, hitting the gym, playing football, or experimenting with side projects to explore new design patterns and performance strategies.
